Across the Middle East and Africa, millions of children, women and men face starvation, displacement, and death every single day — victims of wars they did not choose.

Syria

Over 14 years of civil war have left 90% of the population in poverty. More than 6.8 million Syrians are internally displaced, and 5.5 million live as refugees abroad, surviving in overcrowded camps with no access to clean water or medicine.

Yemen

The UN describes Yemen as one of the world's worst humanitarian disasters. Over 21 million people — 70% of the population — desperately need aid. Children are dying of malnutrition at an alarming rate, with over 2.2 million acutely malnourished.

Palestine & Lebanon

Ongoing conflict has caused a catastrophic humanitarian collapse in Gaza and southern Lebanon. Hospitals are overwhelmed, food systems are shattered, and over 1.9 million Palestinians face famine-level food insecurity.

Africa

Across sub-Saharan Africa and South Africa, conflict, drought, and economic collapse push millions into extreme poverty. Over 282 million Africans face chronic hunger and lack basic healthcare, clean water, and shelter.

Takaful Charity was founded on the principle of solidarity — the belief that no human being should suffer alone. We operate on the front lines of the world's most severe humanitarian crises, delivering emergency food, medicine, clean water, and shelter to those who need it most.
